Ready for some pop power? Channel 933, San Diego's long running Top 40 radio station, is bringing Halsey, Ellie Goulding and Bebe Rexha to Pechanga Arena on May 31, along with Fletcher, Bryce Vine, AJ Mitchell and CNCO.
Apparently, there are even more artists to be announced as well. How they managed that is anyone's guess, but the iHeartMedia owned station has a knack for snagging some of the biggest names in pop year after year.
Last year's Summer Kickoff featured Chainsmokers, Iggy Azalea, Miguel, Ne-Yo and Meghan Trainor at Mattress Firm Amphitheatre (now North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre) -- no big deal.
The last time Halsey came through town was actually two years ago at both North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre and also Viejas Arena, in May and November, respectively. The former was for 2017's 933 Summer Kickoff.
Ellie Goulding and Bebe Rexha have both rolled through town pretty consistently over the last few years, but fans surely won't be disappointed to have them back.
Top 40 fan or not, this bill is stacked, with women in pop leading the pack.
