Getting hired to a new job may be even harder when you're the one used to be doing the hiring.
That, at least, is the argument made in a smart new story from Voice of San Diego, the on-line news site. Managers and executives often can't find new jobs because they're older, over-qualified for positions, or have been off the job market so long that they don't know how to look.
