Facebook chief Mark Zuckerberg said the toughest part of his job is figuring out how to adapt the social network to mobile devices.
Zuckerberg said that smartphones and tablet computers are both different user experiences than desktops in an interview from the Allen & Co. media conference in Sun Valley, Idaho, according to Bloomberg Businessweek. Zuckerberg also downplayed Facebook disastrous initial public offering.
“Things are not much different,” he said to the assembled reporters. “I’m focused on building product.”
Zuckerberg's mobile admission is no surprise, especially to shareholders who have been pressuring for more advertising revenue from mobile to bolster the company's growth.
Its statement in May even caused a shareholder class-action lawsuit:

"We do not currently directly generate any meaningful revenue from the use of Facebook mobile products, and our ability to do so successfully is unproven.”
Zuckerberg did say the IPO wasn't the biggest transition he's had recently, especially since he married long-time girlfriend Priscilla Chan in the same week in May. “The bigger change was getting married,” he said.
