In case you haven't already shared too much on Facebook, the Palo Alto-based social-networking site will now allow mommys-to-be to announce their pregnancy to the social world.
Facebook introduced an option that allows women to add their baby's due date and name their profile.
The option was introduced last week after Facebook added the ability for its users to add family members to profile pages last year.
But the feature may not be welcome news for everyone. SFGate's Mommy Files blog poses some interesting scenarios where a rush to announce one's pregnancy on Facebook may not be the best of ideas.
