Head-on Collision Shuts Down Freeway

UPDATED: Lanes were cleared by 3:30 p.m. Friday afternoon after a head-on collision shut down eastbound Highway-54.

The accident happened at Briarwood Rd about 2 p.m., CHP reported.

At least person was taken to a hospital with major injuries.

  • Stevie Friday, Jan 9 at 3:50 PM FLAG COMMENT I think the people that write in our a little critical of the author that took the time to tell them about a human being that was hurt on the freeway; and they don't care about the outlook of the person. It was an accident. They will endure one ( I hope they don't) but they should be a little bit objective. And let the subjective part of their personality to understand companionship.
