Dancers from the television show 'So You Think You Can Dance' perform.

If you’re looking to shed a few pounds, but the gym isn’t your scene, take a cue from Lady Gaga and “…just dance!"

You may have seen how they move on the popular show, “So You Think You Can Dance.” Now dancers from past seasons work it to work you into shape with two new fitness DVDs: So You Think You Can Dance Get Fit: Tone and Groove and So You Think You Can Dance Get Fit: Cardio Funk.

You can learn hip-hop with Twitch and Lauren, get jazzy with Katee, Cha-Cha with Dmitry, get groovy with Courtney and bop contemporary style with Travis.

Don’t worry; you don’t have to be as good as MJ to keep the beat. The dancers demonstrate easy-to-follow, slowed down routines in a variety of dance genres. This doesn’t mean you’ll catch a break, though. The routines will speed up as you go along.

Make sure to hydrate because you’ll be sweating yourself skinny! With over 90 minutes of calorie-melting and body-sculpting moves on both DVDs, you’ll be well on your way to that rockin’ bod you’ve only dreamed about until now.

The DVDs retail for $16.99 each and are just in time for the two-hour Season Five crowning of America’s Favorite Dancer tonight at 8 p.m., not to mention special encores from this season’s best performances.

You are the rhythm to your beat, so get out there and move your feet!
