Company offers eco-friendly adventure for your mom's big day

Can you just imagine Mother Dear with her paddle?

Forget the cheesy gift or boring brunch. A La Jolla company has a unique suggestion for Mother's Day that doesn’t need wrapping, and is kind to Mother Earth.

OEX Dive & Kayak Center is offering special Mother’s Day kayaking tours for families looking for a special outing to honor dear mom.

The two-hour adventure takes place Sunday, May 10th from 11:00am to 2:00pm. Tours leave from the boat launch at the end of Avenida de la Playa in La Jolla Shores.

Mom kayaks for free, it cost $45 for every other family member. The package includes a bouquet of flowers for mom, at the end of the tour.
