Phil Mickelson Putts Mansion Back Onto Market

Golf legend Phil Mickelson and his wife are hoping third time's a charm after re-listing their elegant SoCal estate for $7.1 million. According to The Wall Street Journal, this is the third time Mickelson has reduced the price of his elegant digs after originally listing it for sale back in March 2008 for $10.8 million. Included in the luxe villa are five bedrooms, a opulent curved glass shower with Baccarat crystal fixtures, and not too surprising, a sand-swept putting green.
