One of San Diego’s top burger joints, Hodad's in Ocean Beach, is sponsoring a benefit concert that will remember the victims who lost their home during a recent fire in the area.

Firefighters were called to an alley on Green Street near Ebers Street on Oct. 18. They could see the smoke from the fire station. A detached garage, large boat and part of a home were heavily damaged in the fire. The hazardous materials team was called out because of a fuel spill from the boat.

The event, that will feature several live bands, will take place at the Masonic Center on Sunday December 6 from 1to 6 p.m.

Food and drinks will be provided with the hope that attendees donate to a fund that will benefit victims, Tristan and George Perry, who lived in the house that burnt down and caused an estimated $150,000 in damages.

Be there to show your support and enjoy some of the tastiest burgers in San Diego.
