If the Bolts beat the Jets Sunday, Chargers fans get more than bragging rights. They'll get a free fish taco thanks to a promotion offered by Rubio’s Fresh Mexican Grill.
On Thursday, the restaurant chain announced a special offer of a free World Famous Fish Taco with a home team playoff win!
Fans must visit the Rubios website to print a free fish taco coupon. If the Chargers win on sunday, you bring the coupon into any San Diego Rubio’s location next Wednesday, Jan. 20 between 2:30 p.m. and closing time, and you'll get the taco.
"Locals here in San Diego have long been big supporters of Rubio’s and our World Famous Fish Tacos,” explained Ralph Rubio, co-founder and chairman. “We want to extend our gratitude and make every fan a winner by helping them to celebrate a home team victory with a complimentary fish taco at Rubio’s.”
And what if, by some horrible turn of events, the Chargers lose?
Rubio's says it will still offer fans 1 free regular-sized drink coupon. Those coupons will also be available at the Rubios website and can be redeemed on Jan. 20.
