Sure, Downtown is hosting some pretty Hot Haunts. A couple of them are already sold out—and others are on their way to it! If you’re looking try something a little bit different, here’s the info on other hotspots to hit up this Halloween:

Sick and Twisted: Don the hottest costume possible and head down to the Ruby Room in Hillcrest for the Burlesque Carnival and Masquerade Ball. There will be two full sets of “sick and twisted” burlesque, as well as a costume contest. Get there early, the first 25 through the door receive a special “sexy treats” bag, and one lucky person will win a bar tab credit from the Ruby Room! Doors open at 8:00 p.m.

Halloween Bash: Rock out at Brick by Brick in Linda Vista at their Halloween Costume Party featuring Chelsea Girls with guests Lessons from Zeke, The Gift Curse, and Pretty Too Bad. Costumes are highly encouraged and there’s also a costume contest for prizes and giveaways. The party starts at 8:00 p.m.

Bangin' Fangs: Universal in Hillcrest is hosting Fang Bang: A Vampire Ball. A DJ will be spinning all night until 2:00 a.m and at Midnight there will be a costume contest with $1,000 in cash and prizes! Sign up online for the guest list.

Halloween Beat: The Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach is getting festive with a time warp twist—head back to the 80’s! The Tavern challenges all to come if they dare—their decorations, as well as their staff, are scary!
