Sight and Sound: Year Three

April marks Sight and Sound’s third year and as always, the event promises to bring the fun.

For those who are new to the Sight and Sound scene, the event is North Park’s monthly local music and arts mini-festival. This month’s edition takes place on Saturday, April 24.  The event is organized from the same people who produce Art around Adams and Spirits at Liberty Station.

April's event goers can expect a unique experience from the arts portion. Sketch burlesque models as part of an interactive exhibition hosted by Dr. Sketchy and enjoy an instillation from Leafhouse Collective Massages.

The evening’s musical acts are just as out of the ordinary. Check out performances from Republic of Letters, War Stories, Miss Erika Davies, Smile Now Cry Later, as well as a stand up performance from Kyle Ray. Most acts will be performing alongside video art from AVicious.

This 21+ event takes place at Queen Bee’s and begins at 7:30 p.m. Event admission is $10. For more details visit the event website.
