Now in its 8th year, the San Diego Bay Wine & Food Festival is a celebration of the expert pairing of rich wines with mouthwatering dishes. The event involves 70 of San Diego’s top chefs, cooking and wine tasting classes, continuous food and wine tastings and more.
To finish off the week of celebrations, the festival offers a Celebrity Chef Luncheon and Big Bottle Live Auction. At the luncheon, participants will be able to join in on the ultimate food and wine pairing experience.
Eleven nationally acclaimed chefs, five courses with tray pass reception, as well as numerous world renowned wines will be a part of the event. Guests will dine at a table hosted by a winemaker or winery representative.
The Live Big Bottle Auction will be a part of the luncheon. Large format bottles, trips, one-of-a-kind culinary experiences and more will all be up for bidding. Proceeds benefit culinary and enology scholarship programs.
The Celebrity Chef Luncheon and Big Bottle Live Auction will take place on Nov. 20 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the San Diego Marriott Marquis. More information can be found at the event website.
