Shape and Tilcia Studios in Pacific Beach is kicking off their fourth annual Pilates for Pink fund-raiser Oct. 10 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

Shape’s Pilates for Pink campaign presents a program to promote awareness of breast cancer among women by inviting Pilates studios from across the country to host a special fundraising Pilates class during the month of October.

To support the Breast Cancer Research Foundation women are encouraged to take a 45-minute Pilates session at Tilcia studios and make a donation. Shape Class schedule: Pilates Boot Camp from 9 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. Pilates Circuit Level 1 for Beginner Students from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m, and 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. for Pilates Circuit Level II for Intermediate Students.
