Flip a Cup for a Cure

CrawlPB Beer Olympics to raise money for the Seany Foundation

It’s certainly not your usual pediatric cancer fundraiser.  Dozens of locals are expected to breakout their headbands and their game faces in Pacific Beach for the Beer Olympics benefiting the Seany Foundation

Athletes and drinkers are invited to compete in a variety of events including beer pong, quarters and the family favorite, flip cup.  It’s being held at the 710 Beach Club at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The CrawlPB Beer Olympics will raise money for children battling cancer and to fund research to find a cure for Ewing’s sarcoma.  Sean Robbins battled the disease for seven years before passing away in November of 2006, but his hope for a cure lives on through the foundation.

The $20 ticket also includes all the beer for the games, prizes for the winners, an event T-shirt and a CrawlPB CrawlCard with over $100 in savings at local PB spots and a concert featuring Higher Minds.  So get your team of 4 together or sign up as a free agent and let the games begin!
