Experience ice-skating in the heart of downtown while benefiting a great cause this winter.
A celebration was underway Thursday on Horton Plaza to mark the opening of Rady Children's Hospital's "Fantasy on Ice."
The rink is open November 18 to January 9, 2011 at 225 Broadway Circle.
Skating costs $14 for adults and $12 for children under 12.
Admission includes rental ice skates for the duration of the public session.
