KID COMIC: Kids say the darndest things… and this kid is sure to make you laugh. Brew Ha Ha West present Marian Steers, a 12-year-old stand up comic. Show time is 7-8:30 p.m. The show is rated PG13 with mild adult language. Cost is $5.
DO RE ME: Unique New York, unique New York. Vocalists start warming up those vocal chords; tonight is the Vocalist Showcase and Competition. Come out and hear some of San Diego’s talented vocalists. The audience will help judge the best performer and the winner will receive $40 to Giovanni’s and $50 to Bertrand’s Music. Show starts at 7p.m. at Giovanni’s off Clairemont Mesa Blvd. Cost is free.
MIDSUMMER FASHION: Fashion and the arts will collaborate for LOVE STRUCK, a cocktail mixer, vintage apparel showing, a high fashion runway show and a performance of A Midsummer Night’s Dream. This fashion and art experience begins at 5 p.m. with the performance at 8 p.m. at the La Jolla Playhouse.
