Reggae and Beer fest returns to Del Mar

    DREADLOCK ROCK: The Reggae and Beer Fest is today at the Del Mar Race Track & Turf Club. Beer fest is from noon until 5 p.m. with 60 different beers to be tasted infield. For $15 receive five 7-oz sample tastings. Reggae music will be played all day to rev you up for Jimmy Cliff and Matisyahu performing after the last race. The concert is free with $6 racetrack general admission or $20 following the last race. The show is scheduled for around 6:30 p.m.

    BYE, BYE BEAUTIFUL: There’s no escaping the music in San Diego, Coheed and Cambria is playing at 4th and B at 8 p.m. Porcupine Tree will be opening for Coheed and Cambria. Tickets are $30-$50.
    DO THE HUSTLE!: Go ahead, sing the rest of that out loud, we know you want to! If you feel like you royally missed out on the ‘70’s, it’s your chance to make up for it. Dance North County in Encinitas is hosting hustle lessons at 7 p.m. then a hustle club party from 8 p.m. until midnight. Cost is $5-$7.
