Michelle Obama is visited upscale Penn Quarter eatery Proof (775 G St. N.W.) for a late lunch with White House senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. The first lady washed down her shrimp burger and chocolate bread pudding with a glass of Martinelli chardonnay.
