    LET THE NIGHT MOVE YOU: Nite Moves, a 10-week running series is making its way to San Diego. Every Wednesday, work on your fitness with a flat 5K run starting at the NTC Park in Liberty Station at 6:30 p.m. To make it more official and more importantly, fun, there will be professional timing equipment and a Tin Fish party as the finish line; taco truck and a Firestone beer garden, included. The cost is $30 for your first race and $22 for each race thereafter. 

    AT YOUR WIT’S END: Make a fool out of yourself, free of charge, at Wit’s End Pub and Café’s karaoke night. The comedic, Laura Jane will be your host every Wednesday night. The fun begins at 8 p.m.

    CAGE THE ELEPHANT: The eclectic “punk/funk” band, Cage the Elephant is playing at the House of Blues. See their performance with accompanying rock acts the 22-20’s and Autovaughn. The show starts at 8 p.m. General admission is $15.
