HAPPY BIRTHDAY: The crème of the San Diego singer/songwriter community celebrate Bob Dylan on his 69th birthday in a special performance at Dizzy’s original location, the warehouse at 344 Seventh Avenue. This will be the first show at that location in since June 2007, when the city mandated a retrofit of the 1911 building. 8 p.m. $15 cover, $10 for students.
