THE JOKE IS ON YOU: Have you always wanted to be the class clown? Learn how at the Upright Citizens Brigade Tourco workshop. Be at the Loft at 6:30 p.m. After you’re schooled on the funny business, sit back and watch the pros take the stage at 9 p.m. The workshop admission is $18 ($8 for UCSD students), and the comedy show is $10 to $12. Purchase tickets by calling 858-822-3199.

EVERYBODY, GET YOUR BOWL ON: Get your bowl-on at the Air Conditioned Lounge’s Rock n Bowl. DJ Royson will be providing the tunes while you compete for the title of virtual bowling champion. There is no heavy lifting -- bowling balls -- or dual-tone shoes in this game because it's Wii bowling only. There is no cover at this event and $5 you-call-its from 9 p.m. until close.

YOUNG ONE:  Don’t worry; this Little Brother is anything but a bother. The rapper and hip-hop artist is a North Carolina native who performed at the 2008 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Don't miss his 4th and B show that starts at 8 p.m. Tickets can be purchased here.
