POLISH MAD DOG: Only one of many cultural drinks offered at Coaster Saloon’s Polish Happy Hour Event starting at 8 p.m. in Mission Beach. DJ DI will play Euro hits and “polska muza” for an additional Polish touch.
GET YOUR HERB ON: This year’s Herb Festival will be taking place at the San Diego Botanic Garden, honoring author Dr. James Duke. He will give presentations on foods and spices as medicines while guests take guided tours of the herb garden, check out A-Z Herbs information booths, and visit the SDBG Spring Plant Sale.
MARCH'S SIGHT & SOUND: A monthly music and arts festival, featuring musical performances by bands such as SoftLightes and Beat Panther. FM 94.9’s Tim Pyles will emcee the event, complete with massage, sculpture display and video projections. Get there around 7:30 p.m. for $10 admission and a complimentary cocktail!
