Intimate Cabaret Dances: Enjoy a sophisticated evening of modern dance, music, food and wine at San Diego's premiere place for dance. 6 and 8:30 p.m. $35 includes pre-show wine.

From Broadway: Jesus Christ Superstar, starring Ted Neeley, is in town. The show which was the first collaboration from Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber changed musical theater when it debuted in 1971. Show is at 6 p.m. at the San Diego Civic Theatre.
