Coronado – known for its sandy beaches and tourist charm – rolls out its welcome mat for dogs as well with this fabulous stretch of land. Not only is the sand soft and the surf ready for dogs wanting to take a dip, but there are amenities for owners too. There are plenty of well-stocked doggie bag stations and a free hose to help clean off those sandy paws at the end of the visit. If you’re looking to get away, take the drive over the bridge and check out yet another reason we’re lucky to live in paradise.
