Work on Highway 52 Means No More Dips

Construction will shut down part of the 52 this weekend.

If you're planning on using State Route 52 this weekend, plan on a detour. Construction crews will be working on the highway repairing dips in the road near the Miramar Landfill.
There will be no access to eastbound 52 during the day between I-805 and State Route 163, according to the Department of Transportation.
Expect lanes to be closed starting at 5 a.m. both Saturday and Sunday. They'll reopen at 6 p.m. each day.
