NBC 7/39 News in the Morning Wins Emmy

NBC 7/39 was honored with four Emmys Saturday Night at Emmy 2009,
the 35th Annual Pacific Southwest Emmy Awards held at the
San Diego Hilton Bayfront. Rene Gonzalez, Sage Waetjen, Marianne Kushi,
Jason Austell and Whitney Southwick from NBC 7/39's News in the Morning were all
honored for Outstanding Morning News. Darren Pasch picked up an Emmy for Director/Program
for his outstanding work on NBC 7/39's Football Night in San Diego.
And Jay Yoo and Greg Bledsoe both were honored with statuettes for Editor/News.
