NBC 7 San Diego News in the Morning has ranked #1 in the San Diego market for 19 consecutive sweep periods and annual averages show NBC 7 San Diego News in the Morning as the #1 choice for local viewers for the past 10 years.
According to Nielsen NSI February Sweeps (2/2/2012 – 2/29/2012) NBC 7 San Diego’s 5AM News averaged a 1.3 rating/8.0 share HH and NBC 7 San Diego’s 6AM News posted a 2.4 rating/ 10.2 share HH, both ranking #1 during the morning time period ahead of KFMB, KGTV, KUSI and KSWB. NBC 7 San Diego News in the Morning is anchored by Jason Austell and Marianne Kushi. Meteorologist Jodi Kodesh covers weather and Whitney Southwick reports traffic.
