A Naples, Florida family was shocked to find a large bear sleeping on the screened-in patio.
Alice MacDonough was out to lunch when she received frantic text messages from her 7-year-old son, who was home with a babysitter at the time.
She arrived home to see what they told her – that a very large bear was found napping on a patio.
The bear wandered around and then decided to lie down and rest.
“Oh my gosh,” you can hear someone whisper on the video obviously taken by a mobile phone. “Wow!”
One of MacDonough’s sons told a local television station said he had never seen a bear that huge.
The family told the reporter they have seen bears in their neighborhood before but never so close.
