Two hikers, including one from Illinois, have been rescued in the Alaska wilderness after visiting the bus made famous in the Sean Penn-directed movie "Into the Wild."

Apparently the two knuckle-head hikers didn't see the film about a man who went into the wilderness despite being woefully unprepared.

Troopers said the two were wearing only street clothes and had little food when they were found.

The "magic bus" gained fame after a young adventurer Christopher McCandless hiked out to it and died in an adventure chronicled in "Into the Wild."

The hikers were identified as 19-year-old Donald Carroll from Illinois and 21-year-old Jia Long He from China.

The Anchorage Daily News reports they were cold and wet after being rescued by helicopter Monday, but OK.
