The Public LIbrary Is Now Offering Free E-Books

The San Diego Public Library is now offering downloadable e-books to its customers-- for free.

Most e-books cost between $5 and $15.   Public libraries do require the use of the e-pub software to protect the book's copyright.

The book will expire or disappear from your device after your two week checkout time is over.

However,  if it's an e-book  you no longer have to worry about late fees.
