For the concerned citizen on the go, a new iPhone app can help keep users on the right side of the law.
Cal Codes, released Monday, combines "the complete California State Penal code, Vehicle Code and Criminal Code."
The codes are obviously public (here and here), but this collection stores the data within the app, so no Internet connection is required -- perfect for any questionable activities in poor reception areas.
The app costs 99 cents and is available on iTunes.
