    DEA Searches Chargers, Padres Facilities

The San Diego Padres they will make five games available online for free to fans residing in the team's home broadcast territory.

The live video stream will be available exclusively on padres.com beginning with games Aug. 18-19 at the Chicago Cubs.

The online broadcasts will allow fans to see games that are not currently scheduled to be shown in the home market, said team president Tom Garfinkel.

"The Padres are working hard to increase access to our games for our fans, and these online broadcasts will allow fans in the San Diego market to see games that were not previously scheduled to be shown here," Garfinkel said.

Padres fans will be required to complete a registration form to validate their location in order to see the online broadcasts. The stream will feature video and play-by-play from the opposing team's broadcast.

The other scheduled online broadcasts will be a home game Aug. 26 against Arizona, and games Sept. 1 at Arizona and Sept. 15 at Colorado.
