The San Diego Padres 2010 season ticket information is out and there's one person missing from all the pics in the brochure.

Chris Ello with 619Sports.net noticed that there isn't a single photo of first baseman Adrian Gonzalez inside, and it prompted him to ask in his blog post: Are the Padres actually thinking of dealing Gonzalez?

"Seems like a fair question," Ello writes. "After all, why in the world would the Padres try to sell tickets without so much as a mention of the one true superstar they have to sell?"

Naturally Ello -- and likely every other Padres fan on the face of the earth -- thinks that's a bad idea. We'll just have to wait and see.

On Friday afternoon, Padres spokesman Warren Miller said that fans shouldn't read anything into Gonzalez not being in the brochures. Miller said that the team did put Gonzalez in calendars given out at the end of the season and that, overall, the Friars' marketing has shifted from players to the experience of fans.
