American Bode Millertook third in the men's downhill race Monday as Swiss skier Didier Defago ended a 22-year drought for his country and took home the gold in the Olympic event.
Defago brought Switzerland its first gold in the event since 1988, when Pirmin Zurbriggen won first place in the downhill.
The skier sped down the course in 1 minute, 54.31 seconds.
