Loved Ones Mourn Chargers Fan
Monica "Janette" Azero was hit by car on Sunday

Friends and family are posting messages of mourning on the Facebook page of a woman killed after the Chargers game on Sunday.
Monica "Janette" Azero, 33, was hit by a car on Hazard Center Drive in Mission Valley. She was crossing the street against traffic with her fiance, police said Monday. Azero, who was wearing a Chargers jersey at the time of the accident, died at the hospital.
Her fiancee, Rolfe Ordona, was also struck by the car and suffered a concussion and lacerated liver. He is recovering at Scripps Memorial Hospital in Hillcrest.
Azero was a registered nurse at Paradise Valley Hospital, and her Facebook "wall" has rapidly filled up with messages from family, co-workers and friends. One tragic element is Azero's personal message on her wall: "Love Life!"
"I wanted to thank everyone for leaving their kind words," wrote a poster using Azero's log-in. "Janette will be missed. She is my life, the world, and forever will be my best friend. Babe, I know you are watching down on us with a smile.... I want you to know that we all cared and think the world of you.... May you rest in peace."
"To Jeanette, you will be missed so much!" wrote Rosa Bonilla. "The ER is hurting without you; it's not the same. Something is missing and that would be you -- miss your great smile! We have just lost a great friend and great RN! Truly amazing and most of all caring person."
"You were amazing, witty, smart, sexy, sarcastic and caring, and had no difficulty blending it all together seamlessly," Jeff West posted. "You made everyone better for knowing you or having been around you. A once-in-a-lifetime enigma, poetry in motion, every word and action something to savour or, at the very least, think about. And you are probably watching all this and like something from a Monty Python movie, shouting 'Get on with it!' "
The trolley had just dropped off a big group of fans near the Hazard Center shopping mall when Azero and Ordona crossed the street against the light and in the middle of the road instead of using a crosswalk, according to San Diego police.
A 22-year old driver was not speeding and could not avoid the couple, police said.
