Limping Along

After a few rare days off the Chargers returned to practice on Wednesday. As has been the case most of the fall, who didn't practice made more news than those who did.

Cornerbacks Jason Verrett (shoulder) and Brandon Flowers (concussion) did not participate. Safety Jahleel Addae, who suffered a concussion in the game Thursday at Denver, also was held out.

The others who did not practice were Jerry Attaochu (hamstring), Dwight Freeney (knee), Ryan Mathews (knee), Rich Ohrnberger (back) and Manti Te'o (foot).

Running back Donald Brown practiced for the first time since suffering a concussion against the Jets on October 5th.

The Chargers play in Miami on Sunday.
