As Club Tijuana Xoloitzcuintles prepares for its upcoming season, the team will face some challengers in exhibition matches in the U.S.
Two of the matches are within a few hours of San Diego.
A match with Mexican First Division arch-rival Club Leon is scheduled for Friday, July 3 at Cal State Fullerton.
Then, on July 14, they'll be in Yuma to face LIGA MX rival Monarcas Morelia.
They'll play two other matches in El Paso, Texas and Boise, Idaho for those diehard fans who don't mind a short plane flight.
Club Tijuana finishes the preseason in Tijuana playing the Xoloitzcuintles Under-20 team before the first week of the regular season.
The Xoloitzcuintles open LIGA MX action the fourth weekend of July.
