Although he was limited in practice during the week the Chargers will have linebacker Kyle Emanuel on the field for their first road game of the season in Cincinnati. The rookie had a sack and an interception in his pro debut filling in for Jeremiah Attaochu.
This week Emanuel has some help. Attaochu is back from his hamstring injury to join Emanuel, Melvin Ingram and Cordarro Law so the Chargers will have their full complement of outside pass rushers.

Brown is a healthy scratch for the second straight week. With D.J. Fluker out the Chargers will put 4th-year pro Chris Hairston in for his first career NFL start at guard. He's made 15 starts at tackle. Point Loma High School alum Jimmy Wilson takes over at safety for Jahleel Addae. He and Eric Weddle will be backed up by Darrell Stuckey and Adrian Phillips, who was signed from the practice squad on Saturday.
To make room for Phillips the Chargers waived wide receiver Tyrell Williams.
