Former Chargers Coach Marty Schottenheimer has the most wins in the NFL, but he has never coached a Team in the Super Bowl.
Schottenheimer was fired in 2007, after leading the Chargers to the post-season with a 14 - 2 record.
His record at the end of his time with the Chargers (2002 - 2006) was 47-33.
