San Diego Chargers receiver Eddie Royal suffered a bruised lung and a concussion during Saturday's practice.

As of Sunday, Royal had been released from the hospital.
Saturday's practice was open to the public, and a fan sent us a few pictures of the incident.
Royal went down, couldn't get up, and was immediately surrounded by coaches and players. He was eventually carted off but in his left arm the entire time, he was holding on to the football.
That catch he got hurt on was a touchdown catch.
He's expected to miss the rest of the pre-season.

However, there's a chance he could be ready for the regular season which starts for the Chargers on Monday Night Sept. 9 against the Texans.
