Imagine if Paris Hilton owned the San Diego Chargers -- well it could have happened if her wealthy grandfather Barron Hilton hadn't sold the Chargers in 1966 to Eugene Klein and 21 others for a record $10 million dollars. Hilton started the team in 1959 in Los Angeles, then dubbed the Los Angeles Chargers. It was one of the first teams in the newly formed American Football League. Barron moved the team to San Diego in 1961.
