Whitman's Former Housekeeper Seeks Back Pay

Nicky Diaz-Santillan, Meg Whitman's former housekeeper, will appear at the California Division of Labor Standards and Enforcement in San Jose this morning, seeking back pay.

Diaz-Santillan, an undocumented worker, says she worked for the Whitmans for nine years and that she is owed some dough.

Whitman and/or her attorney will be present for the 8:15am hearing start. Diaz-Santillan is represented by Gloria Allred and Dolores Leal. You can bet they'll be there -- they've already announced their news conference.
