SD Explained: Lilac Hills

Lilac Hills Ranch Project Plows Ahead

Lilac Hills Ranch is a giant proposed housing project in Valley Center. More than 10 years in the making, the project’s developers, Accretive Investments, have run into a slew of controversies over the years.
