Two terror attacks in London on Saturday night left seven people dead and dozens more injured. Police killed three suspects as they continue to investigate the rampage.
This is England's third terror attack in three months. In March, a van plowed into pedestrians on the Westminster Bridge, while just two weeks ago a suicide bomber killed 22 at Manchester Arena. In a press conference Sunday morning, British Prime Minister Theresa May said that "things must change" about their counter-terrorism policies.
