340 Collisions Reported Amid Rain Storm

More than 300 collisions reported before early afternoon in SD County

The early November rain storm caused cars to collide on Friday.

California Highway Patrol reported 340 total collisons, and 218 before 4 p.m. alone, in San Diego County on Friday.

The most accidents occurred between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

On a normal day with good weather, the rate of crashes usually lies between 50 and 75.
