    An accused serial groper plead not guilty to felony charges Friday afternoon.

    College student at MiraCosta College Zachary Alcantara, 21, was arrested in connection to a series of groping assaults of women and girls in North County.

    According to Oceanside police, it appears the same man is responsible for at least three attacks, all of them within blocks of each other. Tony Shin reports. (Published Thursday, Oct 13, 2011)

    He was be booked on three counts of misdemeanor sexual battery, one count of lewd act with a child and one count of felony false imprisonment according to Oceanside police.

    Prosecutors say he committed numerous crimes while he was on bail for other misdemeanor charges. In two incidents, prosecutors said Alcantara held the women's arms so they could not get free.
