A woman walking through North Park Halloween night was beaten and knocked unconscious by three men wearing green demon masks, San Diego police say.
The victim told police she was walking near Morley Field off Upas Street when she was attacked by the three men. The attack happened between 12:30 and 2 a.m. after she left a bar on University Avenue, she said.
The victim said she may have also been sexually assaulted.
"She was punched in the face and knocked unconscious and taken to a different location," said Lt. Andra Brown with the San Diego Police Department.
When she regained consciousness, she was battered and bruised. She called police from a friend's house nearby. San Diego police responded to the report from Morley Field around 3 a.m.
Because the suspects were wearing masks, there was no available description officials said.
