The San Diego Medical Examiner has identified a Chula Vista woman who died in a roll over crash just off the state Route 94 in Spring Valley on Saturday.
The victim, Elisa Maria Osuna, 27, died after the vehicle she was driving rolled over into an embankment just off state Route 94 in Spring Valley just before 3:30 a.m. , according to Highway Patrol officials.
Osuna was traveling on the 94 near Bancroft Drive in Spring Valley
Osuna was alone and driving a late model Ford explorer when for an unknown reason, witnesses said, her car travel east bound, off the free and down the embankment before running into a building.
Bystanders placed 911 calls and once paramedics arrived Osuna was confirmed dead.
Jon Compton, the owner of the business told NBCSanDiego that this was the second time someone had crashed into the building within a year. "35 years and not anything, and then twice in a year's period of time," said Compton.
El Cajon CHP are investigating.
