A major power outage impacted the University of San Diego Thursday.

The outage started around 6 a.m.. According to SDG&E, almost all buildings on campus lost power.

The outage canceled all Thursday morning classes. School officials said classes resumed at 12:30 p.m., with the exception of computer and technology classes. Those classes were expected to resume later in the afternoon.

Power was expected to be fully restored by 12:30 p.m.

It’s still unclear what caused the outage.
